Package for optimised placement of 0201 components (size 0.6 x 0.3mm) regarding dpm rate and pick up rate. Suitable for all SIPLACE S-27 HM, HS-xx and HF-Series. The Package includes: High resolution DCA-camera, 24 xNozzle type 906 oval tip, 0201 Handbook. The component spectrum for theDCA-Camera is 0201 up to 13mm x 13mm. When using the nozzle type 906 the use of the component sensor is mandatory (item number: 118021). The component sensor can only be used at a 12-Segment Collect and Place Head and requires the modular head board. One 0201 Package and one component sensor per Head is required. In addition the special 3x8mm 0201 feeder module is necessary for any 0201 placement (item number: 141099). System requirement: Station computer >= 503.01 .Line computer >= 503.01 or SIPLACE PRO 1.3.
