The Vision Teach Station SIPLACE X/D-Series allows creation and manipulation of component shape descriptions offline. The component description is created using the actual component which is imaged processed using the component camera. Following this the component shape description is exported to the SIPLACE PRO database. The Vision Teach Station comes with the computer, adjustable component support plate, a camera column. The required camera type must be configured according to customer requirements. The following cameras (price see pricelist) are available: 20-Segment collect and place head camera (sst23) item number 3047371, 12-Segment collect and place head camera (sst28) item number 3047373, 6-Segment collect and place head camera (sst29) item number 3047374, Twinhead Standard camera(sst33) item number 3047372, Twinhead FlipChip Kamera(sst25) item number 3047369, P+P Kopf Standard camera(sst36) item number 3054654. Per station one camera can be configured. The final price of the Vision Teach Station depends on the configured camera. If additional cameras are required they are ordered separately with the above mentioned item numbers. If two cameras are used parallel a second column (3063366) is required. The pre installed Software package contains the operating system, the SIPLACE Vision application and SIPLACE PRO (update version). The SIPLACE PRO version must be configured according to customer requirements.
