To use a vacuum pump in SIPLACE X-Series with the 20 nozzle Collect & Place head this retrofit kit is necessary. Using a vacuum pump will reduce the air consumption of SIPLACE X4 with 4times 20 nozzle Collect & Place Head from 990 Nl/min to 285 Nl/min. Per head one retrofit kit is necessary. In case the 6 or 12 nozzle Collect & Place heads are also used on the machine, these heads need to be retrofitted also (item number 119796). In addition one machine retrofit kit is required. The retrofit kits are necessary for new machine order as well as for retrofit in field. Requirement is station SW 603. Station SW 604 and higher is not possible. If use the vacuum pump the maximum placement rate of the 20 nozzle Collect & Place Head is 20,000 cph.
