The vacuum pump can be connected to SIPLACE X4, SIPLACE X3, SIPLACE X2 and SIPLACE D3, if the placement stations are equipped with the Option Retrofit vacuum pump. Voltage 50Hz 220V (3-400V). This pump is only required when 20 nozzle Collect & Place Heads are used. For all other head combinations also the pump under item number 119017 can be used. Not in combination with SR SW 604.
