SIPLACE Pick & Place Head for SIPLACE D1 placement station. The Pick & Place Head consist of one Pick and Place Module. Included in delivery are the digital stationary camera (type 36) and 1 Nozzle changer with 2 Standard nozzle magazine (item no.:03048676) for each 2 nozzles and 1 Soko Nozzle magazine (item no.:03048639). With this head a component range from 0603 to 85mm x 85mm could be placed. Larger components have to be tested in our application lab before to get a confirmation for a component range up to 200mm x 125mm. A maximum component height of 19mm is possible. Max. component weight: 30gr. (Standard), 100gr.(with reduced speed). Programmable placement force: 1N-15N. Camera: 80um / Pixel. Min.
