Used: SMD placement station SIPLACE D2 with two gantries for high-speed applications with a maximum placement rate of 31,000 components per hour. For details see current valid Scope of Service and Delivery. The placement station provides a component feeder capacity of maximum 90 x 8mm tapes. Each of the two gantries of the placement station must be configurated with a 12-Segment Collect and Place Head or a 6-Segment Collect and Place Head, both with integrated component vision. In addition the heads can be exchanged later in the field. For this the order of the respective head Reconfiguration Kit is necessary. By order of the placement station an definition of the Collect and Place Heads configuration is required. A differentiation between the two gantries is necessary. Possible combination are:Gantry1/Gantry2 :12/12 or 6/12 or 6/6. Depending on the head configuration the machine is capable to handle a component range from 0.6mm x 0.3mm (0201) up to 18.7mm x 18.7mm at the 12-Segment Collect and Place Head or 1.5mm x 0.8mm (0603) up to 27mm x 27mm at the 6-Segment Collect and Place Head as a standard. Optional 01005 Package (item-no.:119920). The machine handles PCBs from size 50mm x 50mm [2 inch x 2 inch] up to 460mm x 508mm [18 inch x 20 inch] with single conveyor and up to 460mm x 242mm [18 inch x 9.5 inch] with dual conveyor. Optional the possible PCB length can be increased from 18 inch to 24 inch. A component changeover table (item-no.:119822) on the left and right hand side must be configurated and enables fast setup and changeovers. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters.
