The hourly rate is valid within Germany for working hours Mo-Fr (without public holidays) 7am-7pm. Waiting time will be charged like working time. Working time Mo-Fr (without public holidays) 7pm-7am, the 9th-11th daily hour and also on Saturday will be charged with a premium of 35%. Work from the 12th daily working hour as well as on Sundays and public holidays will be charged with a premium of 50%.
