The Kit includes: 12-Segment Collect and Place Head, Set Nozzles, Set Sleeves, Cover, Tools for Head exchange, Box for replaced Head, Technical Manual. With this kit the Head exchange can be performed by trained service personnel at customer side within 8 hours. For SIPLACE X4i/X4/X3/X2. Configuration of the conveyor rails to a distance of 267.5mm from the centre, the distance between the two fixed rails is 535mm. Both fixed rails are in the outer position, which means one rail is fixed left side the other rail fixed right side. The two moving lanes are in the middle. It must be ensured, that this extended dimension will be supported from all machines in the line or respective shuttles are available. The maximum PCB width is 250mm in dual lane mode.

The Feeder Protection consists of a cover over the feed area. If a fee der is pressed up or if feeder flaps are projecting upwards, the EMERG ENCY OFF is actuated. The option contains one protection plate, which can be installed in location 1 or 3. Only for changeover table HF/D3 ( 119622).

Modular single conveyor D4 with fixed rail right/left (choose in configuration 119626/119628) for placement station D4. Article has to be configurated with the order of placement station D4. With this new transport the PCB is clamped to top side, that means the placement level is always on the same height, independent from PCB-Thickness. The new transport offers short PCB change time and the possibility to change easily the fixed rail Right Left. PCB-dimensions: L x W, Standard: 50mm x 50mm to 368mm x 460mm. Extended dimensions with the Long Board Option (119427): 50mm x 110mm to 610mm x 460mm.
