4 Gantry SMD placement station with a maximum benchmark placement rate of 120.000 cph. The following configurations must be selected : - 77119771 - Placement station SIPLACE X4i-A equipped with 4 C+P heads (20 or CPP) For details see valid scope of delivery and specifications "SIPLACE X-Series powered by MultiStar Specification 03/2009 Edition" or later . The machine can be equipped with a single lane transport (item no: 119625), or with a flexible dual lane transport (item no: 119627), or alternatively with a flexible Quad Lane (item no. 166561). Information regarding the PCB size can be found under the respective item no. The transport must be configured during order. For each setup area a changeover table and the respective interface to machine must be order. Changeover Table X-Series (item no: 119722). SIPLACE X Interface Changeover table X (item no: 119723). Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters. Placement station heights configuration: 830mm/900mm/930mm/950mm. The Windows XP based station computer with Touch-Screen monitor is the operators interface to the machine. Four days of basic instruction und pre acceptance at supplier site per line are included in the placement station order.

For software 702, please note that only 20, CPP and Twin Head, X-changeover table and X-feeders is supported. For software 60x, please note that CPP head is not supported. A moveable changeover table can be used at all 4 setup areas of one placement system. The table enables fast setup changes. Each setup area should be equipped with a changeover table and the respective interface when ordering a machine. The use of X-feeder changeover table (item no: 119722) allows the use of intelligent X-Feeders. In addition to that, interface X-changeover table (item no: 119723) for each setup area has to be ordered. Alternatively, for software 60x only, the changeover table of SIPLACE HF (item no: 119622) can be used. On these tables only SIPLACE S-feeders can be used. As the energy und data interface is different between the two feeder types the respective interface should be ordered with the machine. In addition to that, interface HF-changeover table (item no: 119724), for each setup area has to be ordered. The Matrix Tray Changer 2 (item no.116438) for tray components is available as an option for setup area 2 and 4. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters. The enclosed connecting cable (between power supply and changeover table) permits usage with changeover tables SIPLACE D3/HF (Item No. 119622). Main voltage 88 - 264VAC. Inclusive 2 main plugs, 2m long (EU and US version), 1 pneumatic connector as well as 2 fuses.

The optional stationary component camera stat. P+P (Type 33) for CPP can be ordered additionally to standard head camera. The stationary camera (Type 33) offers a higher resolution (41um) and a larger useable Component range up to 50 x 40mm. The stationary camera could be ordered for example for components up to 50x40mm². The minimal lead pitch: 300µm, the minimal lead width: 150um, the minimal ball pitch 350um and the minimal ball diameter is 250um. This item no. can only be ordered with the machine. The Vision Teach Station SIPLACE X/D-Series allows creation and manipulation of component shape descriptions offline. The component description is created using the actual component which is imaged processed using the component camera. Following this the component shape description is exported to the SIPLACE PRO database. The Vision Teach Station comes with the computer, adjustable component support plate, a camera column. The required camera type must be configured according to customer requirements. The following cameras (price see pricelist) are available: 20-Segment collect and place head camera (sst23) item number 3047371, 12-Segment collect and place head camera (sst28) item number 3047373, 6-Segment collect and place head camera (sst29) item number 3047374, Twinhead Standard camera(sst33) item number 3047372, Twinhead FlipChip Kamera(sst25) item number 3047369, P+P Kopf Standard camera(sst36) item number 3054654. Per station one camera can be configured. The final price of the Vision Teach Station depends on the configured camera. If additional cameras are required they are ordered separately with the above mentioned item numbers. If two cameras are used parallel a second column (3063366) is required. The pre installed Software package contains the operating system, the SIPLACE Vision application and SIPLACE PRO (update version). The SIPLACE PRO version must be configured according to customer requirements.
