The Head Re-Configuration Kit is necessary to exchange the Collect and P lace Head of SIPLACE placement stations with Head Modularity, SIPLACE F5 HM (117500), in a 12-Segment Collect and Place Head. The Kit includes: 12-Segment Collect and Place Head, Set Nozzles, Set Sleeves, Cover, Tool s for Head exchange, Box for replaced Head, Technical Manual. With this kit the Head exchange can be performed by trained service personnel at c ustomer site within 8 hours. If required the automatic nozzle changer fo r the 12-Segment Collect and Place Head has to be ordered separately.

Package for placement of 01005 components (size 0.4mm x 0.2mm). Suitable for the SIPLACE D4/D2/D1 equipped with the 12 Collect & Place Head (DLM3). The component range will be from 01005 up to the maximum of 16mm x 16mm. The package includes: 1 x High resolution camera Type 38 (exchange between standard component camera. The standard component camera is then not part of delivery), 12 x Nozzle 905, 3 x Low Force Sleeves, 1 x Assembly instruction. Also included are shims for the component tables of the SIPLACE D4. In addition the Tape feeder module 3x8mm 01005 Comp. (Item number:176100) is necessary for 01005 feeding and has to be ordered separately. Additional Low Force Sleeves could also be ordered (Item number: 03054107-xx). For additional 0201 placement, a component sensor (item number: 118021) is mandatory. The price for this 01005 package is only valid in combination with a new D-Series Machine (D4/D2/D1). System requirement: Station Software from 604 and SIPLACE Pro from Version 5.0.
