20-Segment Collect and Place Head for SIPLACE X-Series placement machines. This very high speed head can be used on all machines of SIPLACE X-Series machines, the respective component camera is included. The component range is from 01005 to 6mm x 6mm sized components with a height up to 4mm and a weight of 1g.. For more details refer to the specification and the valid scope of delivery. The head is equipped with a component sensor. The sensor controls the absence and presence of a component directly at the pickup and place position. When using this head in a two gantry area of a machine both gantry have to be equipped with the 20 nozzle head. The use of X-Feeders in combination with the head is mandatory. For easy exchange of nozzles the use of a nozzle changer, which is available as an option, is recommended (item no:119715/119716). For the reject bin a sensor, to control the correct mounting, which is available as an option (item no: 116848). The order of this sensor is recommended. This item number is for configuration purpose only. This item number can only be ordered in combination with SIPLACE X-Series. It cannot be ordered separately.
